We've worked with Trina as our selling agent and buying agent. We renovate homes to sell and have done some rental stuff and have now bought our long term home, so we've had Trina as our realtor on all different types of transactions (at least 8 transactions with her as our realtor) and always have had wonderful and smooth processes. She's gone behind the scenes and really made a lot of phone calls etc to get us the most info we could have on a home, even when some of it should have been done by the realtor on the other end.
